Richard J. Boehr is the owner of Richard J. Boehr Co. He is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, M.R.A. He has testified as an expert witness in condemnation and land appropriation proceeding in several counties in Ohio. He has lived many years on the farm. He has also done appraisals in this area for over 35 years.
